OF DR. HASAN METE AKSOY, MD
SPECIALIST
OF PLASTIC AND AESTHETIC SURGERY
Dr. Hasan Mete Aksoy, MD received his medical training at Hacettepe
University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey. He worked as research fellow at
Fels Research
Institute for Molecular Biology and Cancer, Temple University School of
Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (U.S.A.) under supervision by Dr. Sidney Weinhouse, PhD, Professor of
Biochemistry in 1990. Dr. Aksoy graduated as doctor of medicine in 1991. Dr.
Aksoy did his plastic surgery residency and speciality training at the
department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of Hacettepe University
Faculty of Medicine. He graduated as plastic surgery specialist in 2000. Currently he works in VM Medicalpark Hospital in Kocaeli Province of Turkey. Dr. Aksoy performed
many clinical and experimental scientific studies in the field of plastic
surgery. As a result of his scientific efforts Dr. Aksoy has 37 international scientific
publications and 37 scientific paper presentations at international congresses.
He wrote two international books as well. Dr. Hasan Mete Aksoy's Google Scholar H-index is 13 and his Web of Science H-index is 8.
